Coachability Assessment

How coachable are you? In order to begin the coaching process, you need to be at the right place in your life where you are coachable. This assessment helps you gauge how open you are to coaching right now.

For each statement rate yourself on a scale of 1-5 ('1' - means "not at all true of me right now", '3' - could mean "I don't know" or "I cannot answer right now", '5' - means "very much true of me right now") to determine which is closest to representing how true the statement is for you right now. Choosing either a '2' or a '4' gives you a way to indicate answers that are somewhat untrue or somewhat true for you right now.
